The Variety Caring Program provides essential medical care and health equipment to care for kids at home, in the community and in medical institutions. From providing an insulin pump for an individual child, to financing urgent care equipment, to support for the Queen Elizabeth hospital, Variety helps out where needs are essential. This is done through our Appeals programme where parents can apply for assistance for medical care not currently accessible to them.
PARENTS SHOULD NOTE THAT INFORMATION IS REQUIRED FROM THE CHILD’S ATTENDING PHYSICIAN OR THERAPIST. A SIMPLE FORM ALONG WITH A LETTER OF REQUEST IS ALSO REQUIRED.
