APPEALS
Members of the public who require assistance with sick or disabled children may appeal to us for consideration. Not all appeals will be accepted but our Appeals Committee promises to thoroughly investigate each appeal and to help wherever possible either directly or by referrals where applicable.
APPEALS PROCESSING PROCEDURE
• All appeals for Variety’s assistance must be in writing and submitted to Variety’s office together with
_supporting medical reports and full details of requirements.
• In the event that you require assistance with the preparation of your appeal claim please contact _
_Variety’s office at (246) 428-9258 or (246) 266-9258 and our staff will be happy to guide you.
• All appeals should be submitted in advance to afford us adequate time for processing them.
• Acknowledgment letters will be forwarded to you on receipt of your written application and a full
_response will follow within 4 weeks of receipt of the appeal. Please see appeal guidlines
